About Us

Family Owned and Operated
(just opened on 2015)

Vallarta features a decor that isn't fussy or upscale, but provides just the right measure of colorful points of interest.  Locals and travelers, come here to feast on excellent homemade guacamole and flavorful quesadillas.  The menu is extensive, with dishes ranging from burritos to fish and seafood, and everything is fresh and generously seasoned though spicy versions are available upon request. Delectable dishes fill the Menu, like the signature guacamole, each batch made fresh at the table upon ordering (homemade Guacamole made with fresh avocado, cilantro, onions, seasoning and a touch of lemon for only $2.95).

Vallarta, Modern and Informal...

This tasteful Mexican cafe foregoes the typical trappings of Mexican eateries, such as bright colors and sombreros, and instead takes a modern, informal approach. Pastel colors, interesting and casual, the coveted outdoor patio seats make this a perfect choice for a casually upscale lunch. Classic dishes include well-seasoned Carne Asada, Pollo Tapatio, Special Yucatan,  and the already favorite Piña Tropical (a grilled Chicken, Steak and "Chorizo" Mexican Sausage, mixed with chunks of juicy pineapple, onions and bells peppers. Served in a pineapple with rice, broccoli and carrots. This is a favorite among friendly locals as well as travelers just passing by. Though the ambience is relaxed during lunch, the available full bar heats things up in the evening.

Vallarta "Bring your sweet tooth"

Vallarta Mexican combines traditional, tasty favorites with innovative dishes, and it's all served up in a fun and family environment that is ideal for Lunch Meeting, Celebrations, families or festive groups craving for a great time with the mexican goods on the side. You should not leave without adding the sweets to your personal feast, like the Tres Leches, a very light cake, with many air bubbles. This distinct texture is why it does not have a soggy consistency, despite being soaked in a mixture of three types of milk.soaked in three kinds of milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream. Delicious!
